“Assemblage” is a term used to describe the technique of creating three-dimensional flavour depth by blending multiple sakes. Masuda Tokubee Brewery produced "The Assemblage" by blending sake produced with “Kyo-no-Hana” yeast and and “Kyo-no-Koi” yeast at a ratio of 2:8. The result is a sake with a deep flavour that retains a rich aroma while adding exquisite body. It is a sake that will give a new experience to even those who are familiar with Japanese sake.
