Beschrijving
This sake is brewed with Omachi rice grown at 'Mame Farm', an organic farm located in Kurashiki, Okayama prefecture and brewed using Gozenshu's unique Bodaimoto method. The result is a sake with a rich yet clear aroma. After maturing through two summers, the flavour has deepened beautifully, achieving a well balanced acidity. It is especially delicious and flavourful when enjoyed warm and pairs well with meat such as yakitori or roast beef.
