Description
A dry koshu (aged sake) that is lighter than most other sake's from Kawashiri. When served cold, this sake is fresh and dry, and when warm, it is full, sweet, and rich. It has a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, a feature that the region’s sake rice, Hidahomare, is famous for. It pairs well with cooked fish dishes and white meat-based dishes.
