A well-balanced smooth sake with floral and fruity aromas and a gentle umami. A Junmai Daiginjo made with 100% Koshi-Tanrei rice from Niigata. In 2015, Kakurei Junmai Daiginjo was selected to be served in the business class of Japan Airlines (JAL) international flights.
