Description
A versatile sake that goes with any meal. Thanks to its brewing process using soft water, it is a mild and suitable sake for serving with a variety of meals. It is brewed using locally grown Hattan Nishiki rice. It has reduced alcohol content compared to the other sake of Fujii Brewery, while still firmly retaining the taste of the koji and rice. It can be enjoyed across a wide range of temperatures, from chilled to hot.
