Description
This Junmaishu is made with local Ryuo Ginfubuki and other local rice polished to 65%. It has soft and gentle aromas of steamed rice and a nice body and minerality. When warmed up, the round rice flavours spread through the mouth, providing a smooth and comforting experience. This accessible sake with a rich taste is easy to pair with food and is easy to keep drinking.
