Description
After cloudy sake was prohibited in the late 1800s, it was Masuda Tokebei Shoten that revived this old tradition in 1964 by recreating Nigori in a new and better way. Also known as the champagne of rice, this is a sake with fruity aromas, a refreshing acidity and a pleasant finish.
This is a sparkling sake made from their Honjozo sake.
*This is a Namazake (unpasteurized) so it needs to be stored refrigerated at all times. We do not advise this sake for shipments outside of NL as we cannot guarantee a fast shipment.
* This is a seasonal product that we import in small batches. So get your bottle while we still have some stock!
