We try to process orders within 1-3 business days. Once the order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email with the order details. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam or contact us for confirmation.
If you need any help with your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has been shipped.
Please make sure you have the correct address down! We won't be responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you've provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Shipping Times and Rates
We deliver both domestically (The Netherlands) and internationally to selected European countries for the moment. If your country is not on the list please send us an e-mail and we can see if delivery is possible.
For shipping within the Netherlands, we utilise the shipping service provided by PostNL and typically, orders can be expected in 1-2 business days after processing time.
For all orders, we use packaging specifically approved for fragile items such as ours so you can be ensured that your sake will arrive safely in your homes!
Shipping fees will be calculated automatically on payout and differ per country. As the final delivery will not be refrigerated and could take some days please understand that we cannot guarantee the freshness of delicate sake's. Don't worry though, most sakes can handle this trip!

We do offer the option for you to pick up your sake yourself in our physical location (at Singel 60H). Naturally, this will be free of charge and you will receive an email of your order confirmation as well as a suitable time for you to pick up your order. Make sure to bring proof in the form of a receipt or the email you've received when you come over!
